Eligibility for Returns
At Amalfey, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn (other than to try on), unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Items must also be free from any signs of wear, makeup stains, perfume, or pet hair.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, regardless of the reason for return. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item, especially for high-value returns.
Exception: In the rare case where an item is received damaged, defective, or if we shipped an incorrect item, Amalfey will provide a prepaid return label. Please contact our customer service at support@amalfey.com with photos of the damaged/defective item or incorrect product received to request a prepaid return label.
We do not charge any restocking or handling fees for returns.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, contact us at support@amalfey.com with your order details and the reason for the return (optional but helpful). We will provide you with a return form to complete and the return shipping address.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and may take an additional 3-7 business days after processing.

Available Options
- Exchange: We offer free exchanges for a different size or equivalent model. While you are responsible for the return shipping costs, we'll cover the shipping for sending the replacement item to you.
- Refund: After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.
- Replacement: For incorrect or defective items, we'll send a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or customized items
- Sale items (marked as final sale)
- Swimwear (if hygiene seal or liner has been removed)
- Undergarments or intimate clothing items
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged
- Items that show signs of wear, perfume/cologne residue, or pet hair
- Items without proof of purchase
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
Order Cancellation or Modification
We accept order cancellations or modifications within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, if your order is already being processed, modifications may not be possible.

Incorrect Address
Please carefully verify your shipping address before finalizing your order. If you notice an error:
- Contact us immediately to correct the address if possible
- If the package is returned to us, you may choose between a refund or a new shipment to the correct address
